Our Policies:
Stock engines built to go carry a 12 month or 12,000 mile limited warranty on parts. Engines we install carry the same warranty plus the labor. Extended warranties are available at an additional charge. No warranty is given on performance applications and a deposit of 25% of the estimated balance is required in advance. The customer has the option of having performance engines given a test fire on our engine stand at an additional charge. All special order parts must be paid for in advance and may not be returned except in the case of a defect in which case a replacement part will be ordered. New, un-used, un-damaged stock parts may be returned within 5 days, with a receipt for a full refund. In-stock parts which have a manufactures warranty may be returned if defective anytime during the warranty period for an exchange of the same part. This will be subject to the manufacturers terms. Shipping on any defective parts will only be covered if the manufacturer states so. Due to the nature of their use, no refund will be given on racing or performance parts. If you order an engine kit, any parts you do not use may not be returned. Engine kit parts may only be returned for an exchange in the case of wrong size or part. In this case the shipping will be covered if the fault is not the customers. If an engine which has been shipped and there is a problem with the engine you must first contact us before returning the engine. If it is determined that we are at fault we will cover the shipping cost to return the engine to us and then send it back to you. If you can choose to have the engine repaired by someone other than us, you must first contact us in advance for approval of the repairs and the cost involved or we will void the warranty.
